Recovered stolen vehicle: At 8:20 a.m., deputies recovered a vehicle, previously stolen from Berkeley, in the 18000 block of Bellgrove Circle.
Public intoxication: At 4:47 p.m., deputies responded to a welfare check request at the Roudon-Smith Winery tasting room on Big Basin Way. An investigation revealed the suspect was unable to care for herself due to being under the influence of alcohol. The suspect was arrested.

Theft by false pretenses: A Saratoga resident reported that someone contacted them online, posed as cryptocurrency traders and ultimately convinced the victim to invest money in fraudulent cryptocurrency schemes for a total loss of approximately $5.5 million.
Residential burglary: Between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., someone entered a residence in the 20000 block of Chalet Lane by breaking a rear glass door and stole a wallet and passport card for a loss valued at approximately $200.

Residential burglary: At 6:17 p.m., someone entered a residence in the 12000 block of Crayside Lane by breaking a window. It is unknown if anything was stolen.

Battery: At 9:54 p.m., deputies responded to a disturbance at a residence in the 12000 block of Miller Avenue, where an argument occurred and the victim alleged that the suspect pushed them. The case was submitted to the District Attorney’s Office for review.
